The holy trinity of leverage
MOS: Balance meter. 6+ = buyers have the edge.
DOM: Velocity. Past 30 and rising? Sellers get flexible.
Price-cut %: Pain index. More cuts = more room for credits.

DOM: Redfin city page → compare median DOM vs last month and year (rising = leverage).
